Just some more clarification. You are receiving this because you have booked for the lunch on Sun 21st – you do not need to re-book for this – you are all set.

Concerning the activities on the other days, you can book for 0, 1, 2, or 3 other events if you wish! We would not force you to make more bookings :-))

So on Thurs the 18th join us for a private meet and greet at the Southern Cross club – no tickets required to also pick up your badges and memorabilia.

On Thurs 18th afternoon join ANU staff and Astronaut Andrew Thomas at the ANU Llewellyn Hall for their VIP launch event and a Panel event at the same location. You will need to register for these events. This Link covers both events

On Friday 19th – you do not need to register for the day time events but you will need to show the coach driver your name tag. Unclaimed name tags will be available at the bus depot.

On Friday afternoon – you will have to register to attend the Andrew Tink ‘Tracking Apollo’ show at the National Museum – link is on our Web site front page. You must use our links for FREE tickets.

On Sat 20th – again you will have to register to visit the Honeysuckle site for many events there. You must use a coach to visit Honeysuckle as parking will be almost non-existant. After the events finish at Honeysuckle the coach will take you on to Tidbinbilla or CDSCC as it is called these days. There will lunch and several other activities there.
If you are not going to Honeysuckle there will be at least one Coach to take you directly to CDSCC or you can drive – there should be adequate parking. If you go by coach directly or via Honeysuckle – the coaches will return you to Canberra. No Booking is required for TID – but the lucky first 200 will have to book for Honeysuckle at

On Sat afternoon/evening you can visit the ANU Kambri centre to watch The Dish movie but be warned Mike Dinn and John Saxon may be making some remarks before it starts. AFAIK you do not need tickets for this – just your name badge.

Finally if you can stand the pace – the big lunch event at the Southern Cross Club Corinna ballroom on Sun 21st at around 10:45am. If you are staying in Woden you could walk there. Otherwise there are 3 floors of free car parks at the club, and there should be enough space for everyone. If by chance there is no parking left then there is paid parking over the road for the Woden Plaza.
